Aaron Fahrenkrog has helped his clients generate over $600 million in pre-trial licensing royalties for their computing and semiconductor patent portfolios. He advises his clients on portfolio licensing backed with strategic enforcement, from early strategy planning through licensing and litigation. Over 90% of patents that Aaron’s team has asserted have survived IPR with infringed claims intact, creating significant leverage for their clients. Most recently, Aaron and his team obtained confidential settlement agreements for patent owner ACQIS with Samsung and Acer after the PTAB denied institution of all 21 IPR petitions challenging the asserted patents covering high-speed computing interfaces.
