We are actively seeking to build a more diverse speaker roster and conference experience. We are committed to no all-male panels, and our aim is to increase representation of women, as well as black, indigenous and people of color (BIPOC), on our panels and at our events.
This is an ongoing process, and we welcome your contributions to helping us achieve these goals. Here are some ways you can help:
- Recommend appropriate speakers.
- Suggest to potential speakers that they contact us to explore speaking opportunities.
- Suggest ways that our conference experience can be more welcoming and supportive.
- Share your ideas and best practices for how we can realize our vision.
