Bill Klehm is the COO of Job.com, a rapidly growing HR tech company reinventing recruitment using AI technology, blockchain, enhanced feedback and financial incentives.  Bill has over 25 years of deep experience leading high growth tech companies and monetizing IP. Honing his expertise in strategic planning and management in the consumer automotive and transportation industries, Bill served as the CEO of Fallbrook Technologies where he proved integral to the research, development, manufacturing, and distribution of the NuVinci Continuously Variable Planetary Transmission, which has since proven to be a consumer facing standard for urban mobility.

Bill’s time leading Fallbrook led to the development of a significant patent portfolio.  Fallbrook’s U.S. patent portfolio was ranked as the #1 patent portfolio in the automotive & transportation industry by The Patent Scorecard as reported in the Wall Street Journal ahead of such companies as Denso Corporation, Toyota Motor Corporation, Honda Motor Company Ltd, General Motors Corporation, Ford Motor Company.

Bill also served as the CEO/founding board member of National HouseCheck, a roll up network providing homeowners across the United States an easier and more reliable home inspection experience. Over a six-month period, Bill led the acquisition of six firms and launched inspection services in 19 markets creating one of the largest home inspection firms in the US almost overnight.

Bill holds a B.A. in Management and Marketing from Northwood University and has also participated in the Harvard Business School Executive Education Programs.
