In her role as Corporate Counsel at Microsoft, Shui advises Azure product development teams on areas including strategic partnerships, data privacy, cyber security, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Shui also serves on the Venture Center Business Advisory Group at her alma mater, the University of Minnesota. Before Microsoft, Shui was a patent litigator at Robins Kaplan LLP.
