Pat leads the Licensing Business at GE. He is based in Niskayuna, NY and has been with the team since 2012.  The Licensing Business partners with GE Business Units to identify and monetize intangible assets that have value outside of GE core market segments.

Before becoming President of Licensing in early 2016, Pat was General Counsel for GE Ventures & GE Licensing and managed the legal team responsible for all legal and compliance matters.

Prior to his roles in Licensing, Pat served as Chief Compliance Officer for GE Global Research.  He managed compliance for each of the Research Centers around the world including sites in India, China, and Germany.

Pat graduated cum laude from Albany Law School and holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.

Pat and his wife Cyndi reside in Saratoga Springs, NY with their three children and dog Stella.
