Pallavi Shah is the Cofounder and Managing Director of Transactions at Mobity LLC, a boutique IP Investment Bank, Strategic Advisory, and Venture Incubator/Accelerator serving High-Technology and Healthcare clients worldwide from Silicon Valley since 2002.

Pallavi is a renowned negotiator, deal closer, and media spokesperson. Clients who seek to create and monetize impactful innovations through Technology (IP sales, acquisition, and licensing) and Business (M&A, JV, and Alliance) transactions exclusively retain her as their trusted sell-side/buy-side advisor to get their deals done. Before Mobity, Pallavi was the Head of IP Transactions at Houlihan Lokey (NYSE: HLI), a mid-market investment bank, where she closed 50+ transactions in three years. Before HLI, Pallavi served HP (Hewlett Packard), Sun (now Oracle), and Sarnoff Labs (Stanford Research Institute) for over two decades in various business, product, and technology management as well as hands-on engineering roles.

Pallavi holds a B.S. in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the Savitribai Phule University of Pune (MH, India), and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University (UT, USA). She has also passed the FINRA Series 79 and 63 certification examinations.
