Megan is a Vice President on the Contingent Risk team at CAC Specialty, where she helps clients procure insurance solutions for a wide array of litigation-related risks. Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Megan worked at Omni Bridgeway, one of the largest corporate litigation finance groups in the world, where she conducted due diligence and monitored the investment in multi-million dollar corporate legal disputes.

After clerking in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Megan spent several years as a corporate litigator at Susman Godfrey in New York, specializing in complex commercial contract and business tort disputes. Megan was then seconded to GE Capital, where she managed hundreds of millions of dollars of litigation for four years as Special Counsel.

Megan’s diverse background as a litigator, corporate in-house counsel, and as an investment team member in litigation finance gives Megan an experienced perspective on the practical needs of clients who are party to or invested in a wide variety of legal disputes, and helps her think creatively about potential insurance and financing solutions.

Megan received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her B.A. in English from Georgetown University.
