Matt is a Managing Director with Weild & Co investment bank since December 2017, and operates Peak Value IP, LLC (Peak Value), a patent and intellectual property financial consulting firm. He has 20 years of experience providing financial advisory services for transactions and valuation for public and private clients. More specifically, Matt has specialization in capital raises, M&A transactions, patents, and intellectual property (IP) monetization, business enterprise valuations, and intangible assets valuations for a wide variety of purposes. He has served clients in a wide range of industries including electronic consumer devices, semiconductors, automotive, software, cloud, blockchain, sensor technology, IoT, wireless communications, medical devices, manufacturing processes, industrial products, and oil & gas. Matt has also been named to the IAM top 300 IP Strategists for two consecutive years.
