Kimberly S. Chotkowski is an accomplished intellectual property attorney with almost 30 years of global patent litigation, licensing, and prosecution experience. Kimberly joined Access Advance LLC as Chief Litigation Counsel, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the pools enforcement campaigns. Kimberly is a proven leader with a deep professional experience in licensing of intellectual property, entrepreneurial IP strategic planning, and empowering businesses to maximize revenue. Kimberly has worked in various roles with corporations and private ventures. Kimberly started her career litigating in NYC and then held in-house roles at Piney Bowes and InterDigital. Kimberly was asked to join the licensing firm of Andre-Troner where she was part of the 5-member team that secured over 2.5B USD in revenue for their clients. She was also chosen to be the first CEO for the Licensing Executive Society.
