Julia Mattis joined InterDigital towards the start of 2010 and currently serves as Chief Licensing Counsel.  Prior to joining InterDigital, Julia was an associate specializing in intellectual property with both McGuireWoods in Richmond, Virginia and Pepper Hamilton in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  At InterDigital, Julia oversees the legal group responsible for the patent licensing activities of the company and also manages licensee compliance and related matters.  During her tenure, she has directly negotiated as lead legal counsel most of the company’s largest licenses.
