Harish is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Lumenci, a full-service IP consulting company based in Austin, Texas. With over 15 years of industry experience in technical consulting in IP litigation and licensing, Harish has been part of $3 billion+ in IP value creation. He is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor in successful technology start-ups.

He is recognized as part of IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists 2024 and formerly an accredited member of the Forbes Business Council, Harish has written thought leadership articles for leading publications like Forbes and NASDAQ to share insights and address critical issues that bridge the gap between technology and IP. He is also a member of the Litigation Finance Journal, where he talks about the steady growth of litigation finance in the patent space. He is an advisor to private equity investors and has led technology assessments and due diligence reviews for strategic advantage in acquisitions and mitigate high investment risks. In addition to his role at Lumenci, Harish is an influential name in the IP industry and a guest speaker at global IP conferences.
