Gerhard Tschiedel joined Siemens AG’s Corporate Technology IP group in 2010 and currently serves as Senior Licensing Counsel.

Gerhard leads efforts to commercialize Siemens’ corporate patent portfolio via strategic patent sales. Prior to joining Siemens he was responsible for managing and commercializing IP assets for Honeywell’s Specialty Materials Division. He began his professional IP career at Alcatel-Lucent where he was co-responsible for portfolio management and licensing Bell Lab’s wireless and optical patent portfolios.

Gerhard received his BS and MS electrical engineering degree equivalents from Technical University Darmstadt, Germany.
