Cono A. Carrano is a Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Carrano is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on complex patent and trade secret litigation. He has handled numerous investigations through trial before the International Trade Commission, federal and state courts, United States Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and proceedings before the United States Customs and Border Protection.  His experience includes cases involving semiconductors, electronics, software, wireless, and optics technology. Mr. Carrano also has co-counselled with patent trial counsel in numerous European and Asian countries.
