Ciera Schick joined Ontel Products Corporation, the global leader in the “As Seen on TV” space, in 2021 after working for private practice firms. At Ontel, Ciera’s responsibilities include monetizing, maintaining, and defending the corporation’s intellectual property portfolio, focusing largely on e-commerce platforms, overseeing, drafting, and negotiating global licensing agreements, advising the management team on compliance requirements and the legal implications of business decisions, formulating and implementing the execution of the corporation’s offensive litigation strategy, and negotiating critical contracts and agreements across all areas of the business. Ciera was also recently named to Managing IP’s 2023 Ones to Watch List profiling In-House Counsel on the rise.
