Chris Seidl is a partner in Robins Kaplan’s Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation group. He has tried several patent cases to verdict, including a patent trial win that was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to his courtroom experience, Chris has extensive experience in the boardroom and at the negotiating table, and he uses that experience to lead large licensing campaigns. He also has experience assisting clients with IP due diligence for patent acquisitions and investments, and building monetization campaigns to maximize value and return on investment.
