Based in New York City, Ms. Raymond develops strategic intelligence for RPX Corporation and its member companies, with a particular focus on capital structures used to finance patent transactions as well as patent litigation.

Recognized in the IAM Strategy 300, Ms. Raymond is a sought-after speaker on the subject of IP finance, including the effects of third-party litigation funding, IP-backed debt financing, and insurance on the practice of patent monetization.

Before joining RPX, Ms. Raymond served in various litigation support roles at Winston & Strawn LLP and Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Prior to turning her attention to the field of law, Ms. Raymond enjoyed a career as a professional ballet dancer and teacher.

Ms. Raymond holds a BA in Philosophy from New York University.
