Bryan J. Vogel is a founding Partner of Robins Kaplan’s New York office and head of the firm’s International Trade Commission practice. With a background in chemical engineering and industry experience, Bryan is uniquely skilled at mastering complex technologies and issues and successfully communicating them to judges, juries, investors, licensees, licensors, and other decision-makers. In addition to handling matters in various courts, tribunals and agencies throughout the U.S., Bryan’s clients regularly rely on him to handle coordination and strategy for parallel intellectual property matters in jurisdictions throughout Europe, Asia, Central and South America, and Canada.
